At Mark James Hair Studio, we believe that the consultation for 100% hair extensions is essential to explaining how Great Lengths is used.
To start the consultation, we ask you to fill out the Great Lengths consultation sheet. The questions focus on your desires, issues with your hair, styling routine, budget considerations, and any past experience with extensions.
During this consultation, we find out your likes and dislikes, work out precisely what you want, from length or volume to texture and/or colour effects, then explain why this is the absolute best product and appropriate application available.
Great Lengths Consultation Process
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
Our Policy
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be $50.00.
- If you are more than 20 mins late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
- We require a deposit to hold your appointment for anything over $150.00. Cancellation fees will be charged.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
